Mobile Tyre Fitting in Nottingham

Nottingham, the A52 and the M1 corridor - 24 hours a day.

Maximum 60 minute response. We have drivers across most of England, so a call gets a fitter to the vehicle rather than you moving a car that is not safe to move. Call 07989 606060 with your tyre size and location.

Nottingham's traffic runs largely east to west on the A52, which connects the M1 to the city and on towards Grantham. Add the ring road and the tram network in the centre, and there are a lot of places where stopping is awkward.

Roads we get called to around Nottingham

  • M1 junctions 24 to 26, including the approach from East Midlands Airport.
  • A52 Brian Clough Way — west towards Derby and the M1, east towards Grantham.
  • A453 — the upgraded route down to the M1 and the airport.
  • A6514 ring road and the A60 through the centre.

Trams and city centre parking

The tram network runs through streets that are otherwise normal roads, and you must not stop a vehicle where it will foul the tracks. If your car has stopped on or beside a tram route, that is one of the few situations where moving it a short distance takes priority — tell us and we will advise.

Airport traffic

A lot of what we see on the A453 and around junction 24 is people either heading to a flight or just off one. If you are on the way to the airport with a deflating tyre, say so when you call: it changes the calculation between a roadside repair and simply getting the car to a safe place until you are back.

  • Find your locking wheel nut key. Without it the wheel cannot come off. It is usually in the glovebox, the boot well, or with the spare.
  • Read your tyre size off the sidewall, for example 205/55 R16 91V, so we arrive with the right tyre rather than making a second trip.
  • If you are on a motorway or dual carriageway, get out on the passenger side and wait behind the barrier — not in the car.
