Leicester sits at the point where the M1 and the M69 meet, which puts a lot of long-distance traffic on its doorstep. The city itself is ringed by the A563, and most of our local work happens on or just inside it.

Junction 21 is a busy place to break down

Where the M1 and M69 come together, the slip roads and link roads carry a lot of traffic at speed. If you have stopped anywhere in that complex, get out on the passenger side and behind the barrier before you call, and tell us which motorway and which direction you were travelling.
